The Object Labels

It is possible to subdivide a group into labels in order to describe its individual elements. The name of a label is editable in the Properties panel under the "Selected Object" section in the grid. One click on the "Label" item allows for editing the label name to the right of the item. One or many elements of a group can be given a label. Labels can be assigned to objects generated by the Area, Perimeter and Length tools.

In this example, a flooring area is divided in three (3) labels : Bedroom # 1, Bedroom # 2 and Bedroom # 3.

The results in the report will describe each of the labels under the combined group total :
