Fill Patterns with the Area Tool

There are two (2) ways to assign a fill pattern to an area :

When creating the area object by selecting a pattern from the dropdown list :

Or from the Properties panel, after the object has been created :

Modifying the fill pattern of one area object will affect all elements of the same group on all pages of the project.
